Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Payment

All bookings require confirmation from Holy Joe Coffee. Submitting a request through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. Payment terms will be communicated upon booking confirmation.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event may incur fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Service Area

Services are generally provided within approximately 30 minutes of the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Travel beyond this area may incur additional fees.

Liability

Holy Joe Coffee is not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.
